Returns

We offer free returns on all full-priced items. Please note that items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for free return shipping.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return authorization code and send the item(s) back.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

Please email our Customer Support team at help@homeandrituals.com with the following information:

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address

• Reason for return (we love hearing your feedback!)

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sample sale items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving your order at help@homeandrituals.com.

Include the following details in your email:

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address

• Exchange request (size, color, or item name)

Exchanges are only accepted if the item is returned within 14 days and meets all return conditions.

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

• You wish to swap for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll proceed with a refund instead.

For exchanging to a different product, or for a product with a different price, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
